Nash

The point guard is the most important positon in the NBA. Without the
point guard the team would be out of control.
Without the point guard position, team's wouldn't know what plays to
run. It would be like playing playground basketball,
not professional at all. Point guards like Allen Iverson, Tony Parker,
Baron Davis, and Jason Williams are point guards who know how to run their
team.
But the best point guard out of them all is Steve Nash. Steve Nash is the
best player because of him being a team player, his shooting skills, and
just his overall skills
Any great point guard must team player, like Steve Nash. He sees plays on
the fast break that allows his team to getopen shots anytime in a game. Him being a playmaker allows his
teammates to bring their game to a another level. Boris Diaw won the 2005-06 NBA
Most Improved Player Award with the Suns. That could not have been possible without Steve Nash. Raja
Bell only averaged 6.2 points per game with teams without Steve Nash.
Then he came to the suns and averaged 14 points per game with Steve
Nash. Everyone game just elevates when on the court with Steve Nash.
When his teammates can't do it, Steve Nash can defnitely take the game in
to his own hands and make the important shots.
Steve Nash shot a 51% field goal percentage 2005-06. 16th in the NBA out
of every single player. Allen Iverson only made 44% of his field goals
and Kobe only made 45% of his field goals. This year, Steve Nash is
shooting over 90% from the free throw line. While Allen Iverson is only shooting
a mere 86.7%. Free-throws can be the must important points of the game when a player has
been intentionally fouled. In the final seconds you can't hit those free throws the team
can go in to overtime or even lose. This year, Steve Nash is making 44%
of his 3 point shot, while Allen Iverson is only making 29%.
Steve Nash is the 4th player to shoot 50% or better from the field.
Steve Nash is just an overall great player. He led the NBA in assists for
the 2nd year in a row and is leading the NBAcurrently with assists.
The 9th player ever to win back to back MVP awards
and the 3rd point guard to do so. Allen Iverson was not one
of those point guards. He was the first NBA player since Jason Kidd to
average double figures in assists in back to back seasons.
Holds the franchise record for free throw percentage. There's nothing
that this guy cant do that a point guard needs.
Steve Nash is great in every aspect of the game. His team attitude,
shooting skills, and just generally his skills make
him the best point guard to step on the court currently. No one can
compete with him for the title of best point guard to play in
the NBA today. He once got 22 assists in one game. The 22 assists were
the most assists in the NBA since Andre Miller had 22 against
the 76ers. Steve Nash is no doubt the best point guard in the league at this time.
