This story begins in the 1920’s, around the prohibition era. It starts with this guy they call Phil “Cheese” Steak. He was a respected mob boss in Chicago. At first he was in the shipping business. He then got out of it because well it’s a long story. But I see you are not going anywhere so this is what happens.

It was a normal day at the office, all was going well and we got this strange job to pick a up storage box full of immigrants. The box was dirty and had dusty white and red stripes on it. There were Mexicans with old worn down hats. They looked like they had not taken a bath in a year and they had flip-flops on. They said they were slaves and they needed help. They asked them where were they trying to go. The people said they were going to there new master. Phil told them to hide out in the back room of his office so that the people can’t be spotted by their owner. They ended up putting dummies in their places and he let them go.

Another job he had was a delivery service. He wasn’t delivering what you might think. He delivered all sorts of things like pizza, murders, and drugs.
Speaking of drugs, this one time he had to deliver drugs to this guy in New York City.
This guy was a big guy in New York. He was a major crime boss. He was a well-known person in the drug world. Phil delivered a barrel full of cocaine, 50,000 dollars worth.
Phil had a clever way of hiding his drugs. He had mixed his drugs with a barrel of sugar.
He sent it to China and the people from China sorted it and mixed it in with barrels of rice.
The barrels of rice were sent to Texas and the rice was eaten by the horse which ate the coke that was in the rice. The horses were sent to New York in the Harlem District, where they were gutted by the New York crime boss. The New York crime boss drove the money all the way to Chicago where they tried to double cross Phil. But Phil was prepared for the battle. Phil made Swiss cheese of them.

Speaking of murders, Phil also had a Whitman service. It was like a 1-800 number. The number was 1-800-hit-manp. He was hired by a girl because she wants to kill husband because she’s cheating on him with his brother. She called him up and asked him “how much does it cost”. He said, “how do you want to kill him”. “I want you all to shoot him”.
Phil said “that will be 100 dollar”. They decided to wait to catch him in the act of his work. What she didn’t tell him was that she married a boxer named Bob “Killer bull” Ray. His record was 31-1, 29 knockouts. Phil tried killing him while he was training. He walked up to him and walked in the path of killer bull’s fists. Killer bull gave Phil a fat lip. As killer bull walked to the car Phil walked up behind him and shot him. Ever since then he never shot another person himself. He always had somebody do it for him.

Phil also had a pizza deliver business. Once he had to deliver a pizza to a unknown person in Illinois. The person call his number and ask for a large pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and a bottle of coke. Phil said that the price was $14.50. Before he hung up the man said that lived in Illinois. Phil said, “so you want me to deliver a pizza that is pepperoni with breadsticks, and a bottle of coke.” “Yeah” said the man. “I’ll pay double.” “Well you have a deal,” said Phil. When Phil got to the house, he had rung the doorbell. A man answered the door. He pulled out a tommygun and said this is a stick up, I want all your money as a matter of fact come in and bring the pizza. He went in and there was three dudes with tommyguns including the man at the door. But what they didn’t know was that it was somebody in the car waiting for Phil. 30 minutes went by and the guy waiting in the car got sucipious and went up to the room with a shotgun. He heard Phil screaming and shot the doorknob off. What the man didn’t know was that Phil wasn’t in trouble. He just had a roach in his lap. Phil was OK because they fount out that he was a Chicago mob boss. And they heard a lot about him. So they decided that they couldn’t rob the famous Phil “cheese” steak. But they did end up paying for there double fee pizza.

Phil also did what everybody else did back in the day. He sold illegal drinks or boozes is what they called it back then. Phil knew all the tricks to the trade of illegal drinks. Once he got himself in to a whole heap of trouble. It was right when he first got into the business of illegal drinks. It was his first week of the business. He was making a batch of illegal boozes and the pot tip over. He made the biggest mistake of his life, he tried to catch the pot with his bare hands. He got burned by the steaming boozes. He was rushed to the hospital and rushed to the ER. He got treated a released just to go back to what he was going. When will Phil ever learn once you get burnt you stop. He went back to making and selling boozes.

That wasn’t the worst incident Phil got in to. Phil lost his mother in a car crash. He had a grand funeral for his mother. But, knowing that Phil is a major mob boss. Phil’s enemy’s showed up to the funeral. One of Phil’s accomplices stepped on a enemy’s shoes. All hell broke loss. Everybody pulled out their guns and started fighting and shooting. Phil’s mother funeral was a disaster. Phil decided to have a more private funeral. Phil fount out who fired the first shots at the funeral. He fount out that it was the veggie squad. Their leader was Bill “carrot” John. He was their leader before he got gunned down outside his club the Hot Pepper.

What Phil didn’t know was that his accomplices sold him out and the whole fight was staged. Phil’s enemy bribed his accomplice to tell them where the funeral. They say Bill John before he got gunned down he ordered his team to kill Phil “Cheese” Steak.
So his accomplices bribed Phil’s accomplices to rat him out. They met at the local restaurant to discuss there plan to dethrone the famous mob boss Phil “Cheese” Steak.
They planned to guide him down the wrong path so he can slip up.

This is Phil’s final journey. Where he will or will not return. It all started when Phil took this odd job that one of his accomplice set him up on. The job is so out of Phil’s league. He needed his accomplice to help him out. The job was owning a restaurant. The restaurant was called Philly Cheese Steaks. They sold steak sandwiches. On Phil’s birthday he had a big party at his restaurant to show everybody how good his restaurant was. The day was November 4th, 1921, Phil’s birthday. Phil woke up that day feeling weird, like it would be his last feeling. Phil went to his restaurant to see if they had everything set up right for his party. His accomplice told him he was going to invite some of his friends to his party. The party was at night. His accomplice walked up to him to let him meet his friends and at that split moment Phil’s mouth dropped. He saw the enemy’s accomplices staring him in the face. They say they are on his side now but Phil didn’t trust them. When it was time to hand out presents. His accomplices said his friends had a present for him. They pull out guns and murdered Phil. Phil’s life was over 8:17 P.M. on November 4, 1921.
