Airplane Ride to Cali

Angelina, Audrey, Liyah, and Toya, were leaving for LA in 3 more days. School will be out, and everyone will be free for 3 months. The girls knew that this summer was going to be a summer that they will never forget, this summer was going to be full of unexpected events, but, yet, this summer was going to be filled with fun. Two days after school lets out, they will be traveling to Los Angeles, California. They looked forward to meeting new people, especially the hot guys on the beach! But, before all of that went down for the summer, they had to get through their 6 finals. When it came to taking finals in the hot weather, they dreaded sitting down in a class for 2 hours, and taking a long test filled with writing, and mathematics. They didn’t let that get in the way of their summer plans though, they were graduating, and this was going to be their best summer ever!

The bell sounded, and a thousand kids scampered out of the school doors. Some hopped in cars, and some jumped on the busses. “Whooo schools out, Cali here I come!” Angelina shouted to the top of her lungs. "Be quiet girl!” Liyah said, sounding very annoyed, Angelina responded. Because this will be me today, tomorrow…” The girls stopped Anna in the middle of her sentence and shouted, “And the rest of your life!!!” “Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know!” Toya exclaimed. “Why don’t you ever listen when we try to tell you something Anna?” I don’t know,” Anna immedialty said. “Well you’re going to have to learn how to be quiet, and shut that big mouth of yours!” Katie said.

Anna was your average height girl. 5’5 brown eyes, shoulder length hair, with a touch of caramel coloring in her hair. Her complexion was as bright as the sun, and her personality was very outgoing. She was an outspoken person, and she never knows when to be quiet. Audrey was the sweet shy, meek girl. Her mom was black, and her dad was Caucasian. They have been together since their teenage years, Audrey really admired that about her parents, and she had two people to look up to. She was the only girl, and she had a 21 year old brother, that is currently in the military. Her brother Ryan has been in the military for a couple of months now. This was Audrey’s first time not being with her brother for the summer. She was very sad about that, but she did not let that get into the way of her summer trip to California.

Katie moved to St. Louis 2 years ago. Her father’s job transferred him from Texas to Missouri she was very sad once she heard the news, but as soon as she started school Anna, Audrey, Liyah, Toya, and Angelina befriended her. She is outgoing, but shy at times. She works when it’s time to work and she plays when it‘s time to play. She is a very humbled person that likes to do right by anyone that comes into her life. She spends most of her time trying to please her parents in her academics, and in her dancing. She has been dancing ever since she was 2 years old. Katie is a hard working girl that never wants to fail in life.

Liyah was born and raised in St. Louis. She lived in the city of St. Louis all her life, until her mother decided to move her out into the county. Liyah is the only child, she lives with her mother, and she has a puppy named Diamond. Liyah is mixed with black, Caucasian, and Indian. She has a light coffee complexion, with long, wavy hair. Her hair stops at her waist, and she wears her hair back, or in to braids going on either side. She is outgoing, and she has been dancing ever since she was 2. She makes good grades, and her mother tutors her in her school work. Her mother has her master’s in education, so she is very educated. Liyah is very excited about the trip to California. She plans on moving to California to California to model, as soon as she graduates from college.

Toya is a tom boy. She is Puerto Rican. She I s 6’2 and she wants to play basketball. She is not sure what school she wants to go to yet, but she knows that she wants to go to school to play basketball. She may be the prettiest girl you have ever seen, but don’t let that fool you. She is a mean machine on the basketball court. She lives with her mom and dad, and she has a twin brother, a big brother, a younger brother, and a younger sister. They get along very well, and she was raised in a good, loving home. She speaks her mind and she is not afraid to comment on anything that she sees.

Today was the big day for the girls to board the planes and go to LA. They all were excited, and they danced and sang all the way to the airport. They boarded the airplane, and the flight attended came on, “Thank you for choosing American Airlines, I hope you all enjoy your flight…” As the flight attended talked, was the sound of a loud thump that came from the back of the plane. Everyone looked back, and they gasped dramatically. Everyone on the plane freaked out, and security decided to check out the loud thump. Once he checked out the noise, he did not find anything. “Oh what is going on, what was that?"Liyah asked. “Girl be quiet and let them try to solve the issue.” Toya responded back.

“I am sorry but we are having technical difficulties right now, and our flight will be delayed until we solve the problem.” The security checked everything, and then they checked the tires. What they found were two flat tires. They looked around the tires, but there was nothing that could have blew the tires out. They looked up and there was a red flag. They looked at each other in a confused, but dazed look. They took the flag off and it said “Danger”. They looked at each other and they reported it to the security as soon as possible. They told the flight attended to evacuate the plane, and everyone else needed to evacuate the plane. The flight attended tried to open the door, but it would not open. “Oh my gosh, what’s going on, I am so scared. Toya said. “So much for our trip”, Angelina said.

All of a sudden, the plane started to shake. Everyone started to get frighten. The flight attended pressed the intercom to come on so he could tell everyone to calm down, and that everything was going to be ok. But, as soon as he pressed the button, the intercom did not come on. All of a sudden, his door closed, and he was locked up in his section of the plane. Everyone else looked worried, and they started to cry. “Here let me call me father, maybe he will come and pick us up’, Katie said. She picked tried to open up her phone to call her father, but there was some kind of force keeping her phone shut. She thought “That’s strange.” “Hey you guys, see if you can open my phone.” They tried, but no one was successful which was very strange. The girls looked at each other, and Anna said, "It's something that's about to go down." The plane rocked from left to right again, which was very strange. Because the first time, the plane was on, but this time, the plane was off.

Everyone looked outside, and they saw a figure. It wasn’t a human but it looked like one. The man was 5’4; he looked like he was about 67 years old. He had a gray mustache with grey thin hair. He had on a brown hat, with a brown trench coat. He mouthed the words, “Give me my plane.” Everyone did not understand them, so they all shouted “What???” “Give me my plane.” They still didn’t understand what he was trying to say. “Give me my plane or else I will be forced to kill you.” He motioned a threatening gesture to everyone. Ana couldn’t take anymore, so she jumped off of the plane and tried to fight him. “You want to talk bad to me mister? Huh?” She threw her best, fast punch at him, but once she did it, her arm went right through him. She tried to run afterwards, but as soon as she turned around, a force was holding her back. She cried for her friends helped, and they cam to her rescue. They tried so hard to fight the man back, but they weren’t able to defeat him. As the minutes were being wasted, everyone decided to help the girls, one by one. As more people started to jump on the ghost, he started to get weak. They pounded on him, and did as much as possible to him. “Get him Get him”, everyone shouted. Liyah climbed to the top of his head, and she pounded him into the ground with her foot.

As the ghost went down into the ground, he was finally down in 3 minutes. Everyone dusted their shoulders off, and they started to board the plane. And all of a sudden, there were 5 other men that were a 5 replicates of this man, this was so unexpected. “Aw I thought we were through with ghosts and fighting”, Angelina said. “I guess not.” Audrey said. They made up a new plan, because this was a hunted plane, the only way to get rid of the ghost, was by using some part of the propellers. So everyone got back on the plane like nothing happened, and the plane started up. The pilot went towards every little man that they saw, and they were destroyed by the plane. The pilot did that until every little man was gone.

“This is a way to start our summer off,” Liyah said. They all had a story to tell to their other friends, and their family. The plane started up, and off to California they were. They got to California, and they did everything that they said that they were going to do. They had fun, and they partied all night and all day. This was a summer that they knew that they would never forget. They knew that their summer was going to be filled with unexpected surprises.
